Joann Wallace has extensive background in the operation of major annual conventions, trade shows and special events throughout the United States. During her tenure with the Consumer Electronic Shows, she oversaw the financial management of one of the largest trade events in the U.S. After six years of managing exhibit programs and conferences at the Electronic Industry Show Corporation, Ms. Wallace served as Director of Meeting Services for the Bank Marketing Association.

Roger Blatty has been involved in operational management all of his professional career. During his ten years with Trans World Airlines, he managed the in-flight operation of special charter flights, including over forty White House Press Corps charters, numerous state visits, as well as corporate, government and entertainment industry events. He was a management advisor to Saudi, the Saudi Arabian Airlines, for three years, working thoughout the Middle East. For six years he served as Convention Services Manager at Hyatt Hotels' largest property, the Hyatt Regency Chicago. In 1986, Blatty joined the Association of Investment Management and Research as Director of Meeting Services. In 1989, he founded Summit Associates Event Management and joined the twenty year partnership with Ms. Wallace.
